Crater Lake National Park

You’d be hard-pressed to find a landscape like that of Crater Lake National Park, which lies within the Cascade Mountains. The incredible blue and deep lake is nearly circular in shape, and an extinct volcano and its associated lava cliffs are a sight to see. Rim Drive circles the lake a not far from the edge.

Roxy Ann Peak Trail

Roxy Ann Peak Trail is a 4-mile loop trail near Medford, Oregon which features gorgeous wild flowers to enjoy while hiking. It’s made up of many geologic layers, and most of the peak is volcanic in origin and dates back to the early Oligocene. Despite the peak’s relatively short height of 753 feet, it still rises 2,200 feet above Medford and can be seen from the majority of the Rogue Valley. This mountain is Medford’s most important recreational resource and open space reserve. Cannon Beach

Located in northwest Oregon, Cannon Beach is a popular tourist resort, and for good reason. The beach provides a beautiful stretch of sand and amazing views of the coastal rocks, the largest of which is Hay Stack Rock. Seaside is another popular resort town nearby, which is close to beaches and surf breaks. Astoria, another historic town, is 20 miles from Cannon Beach, and is a quaint town to explore.

Lincoln City

From the beaches, to the culture, to the culinary delights, and the casinos, there’s simply no shortage of things to see and do in Lincoln City. Located on the coast in central Oregon, Lincoln City provides something for everyone, no matter what type of holiday is sought after.
